After the physical gift order redeemed by the Points Mall is successfully reviewed, it will be delivered to the customer's designated delivery address by express mail as soon as possible by the supplier or distributor of the "Ideal Home" Points Mall. The delivery time of all gifts is about 15 working days; in case of holidays, it may be postponed. The specific delivery time is subject to the actual logistics arrangement. The delivery is deemed completed after the designated consignee of the customer signs for it.
All physical gifts redeemed in the "Ideal Home" points mall enjoy free delivery.
