What is a demo account?

The demo account allows users to use all the trading functions available in a real account in a simulated environment, where the execution prices in the demo account are determined by real market prices and trading volume. The trades executed in the demo account, market data subscriptions, base currency, and client-type configuration are all the same as in a real account. Clients may practice simulated trading in a real environment. 

Additionally, the demo account exists independently from the real account, each having its own separate account and password. The trading operations conducted in the demo account will not be executed on any exchange and will not undergo actual settlement with clearing organizations.
